Who we are
Avantic DealFlow is the controller of the personal data you send us. Messages from this form are delivered to the mailbox that handles Avantic DealFlow enquiries.
What we collect
Your name, email address and message.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry and keep a record of our correspondence with you. We do not sell your data or pass it to anyone for their own use.
Legal basis
Legitimate interests. You have written to us, and we have a legitimate interest in replying.
Who handles it for us
The form is run by Netlify, which stores and forwards your message on our behalf as our processor. Netlify may hold data outside the UK. Where it does, the transfer is covered by safeguards recognised under UK data protection law.
How long we keep it
24 months from our last contact. If a working relationship follows, we keep it for as long as that relationship lasts and the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to our use of it. Send your request through the contact form on this site. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
